Storms at DFW Airport sparked hundreds of flight cancellations

(CNN) — Severe thunderstorms round Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport on Wednesday brought on 100 American Airlines flight diversions and led to hundreds of cancellations that prolonged into Thursday’s schedule.
